Up for sale is the Pleasure Palace, a one of a kind true time capsule 1977 Chevrolet custom show van. Van was built and shown and there are a few trophies and judges forms that are included with the sale. Custom gauge cluster and odometer show just over 3300 miles being put on the van since the time it was built, true mileage unknown. It has been at least 20 years since the van has seen any kind of daily service and on the road for more than a pleasure cruise. The van does run and drive well with a 350 V8 and Auto transmission. Major equipment items working as they should. Brakes, steering, engine, exhaust, windows, most gauges and lights, and other items function as they should. Some accessory electrical items may need some service and tidying up. A new battery was installed about 4 years ago and since the van wasn’t used regularly I believe it went bad. Does start and run off of a jump box or charge, but it will most likely need one to two new batteries. The van has been in Central California for most, if not all of its life. Stored years ago safely covered and protected in a garage in the Visalia, CA area. This is truly a time capsule survivor and it would be very hard to find something like this again. Turbine wheels, center caps, and lug hardware are included with the sale and pictured. New set of Gullwing door struts/shocks pictured are also included with the sale. Clear California title in my name included with the sale and the van is currently registered non op so there are no back fees.
