Offering our rare 1958 Goliath 1100 Kombi (Estate) Wagon. This comes out of my father’s collection who passed away in 2019 and was admired by him and others for many years in the roughly 10 years of ownership. It is to my knowledge very complete, and in very original condition, inside and out. The underside is extremely clean having an exterior and interior matches to it. While it has not been road driven in a handful of years since his passing, it starts and idles. I have not driven it significantly in recent time and would recommend a good inspection before putting roadworthy miles on it.
This car is rich with history having ties with Borgward GmbH and a lot of unique features and interesting background that surrounds this 65 year old car.
It has been stored indoors within our climate controlled garage during our entire ownership. There are a small handful of extra parts that are included with it. It features a clean, Wisconsin title. I can hold onto the car for up to 45 days while transportation is organized, assuming the car is paid for in full and insured by the winning bidder. It is located in Madison, Wisconsin — I can help with transportation, but it needs to be organized and paid for by the buyer.
