1988 Yugo GV. This car is now a cult car.
A communist made car sold in Reagan’s America. Go figure.
It’s been voted amongst other things as the worst car ever.
Nearly 800000 were made of which 142000 were sold in the US. Very few left now. It was hugely popular when it first launched despite the bad press. I can however understand it’s popularity. It looks great proportionally and also miraculously feels good to drive and be in.
Women specifically loved this car on launch.
This specific one is far from perfect but it starts first time every time and drives well with no issues.
The paint is ok but the back section was re done unprofessionally and is a different hue to the front. The interior is in very good condition with no cracks or tears but the seats are dirty but will clean out with proper steam clean.
The engine bay is excellent as is the underneath with no rust issues. The hubcaps are not original.
