One-of-a-kind full custom 1959 Rambler American.
This wickedly built AMC comes painted in a gorgeous satin red urethane paint with subtle pinstriping and nice contrasting silver bumpers. There are over 18 exterior modifications which include shaved handles, nosed, decked, custom taillights, frenched headlights and rear license plate, rounded hood and decklid corners, all seam’s filled, gas filler located in trunk, L.E.D. lights. The bumpers have been filled and shortened. Look through the new windshield at the louvered hood. The floor is 16 gauge from the firewall back and this unibody car has a frame incorporated in the floor with rear mini tubs.
This custom rides on 17″ powder-coated steel wheels with low profile radial tires and also has power rack and pinion steering, Crown Vic spindles and 12″ disc brakes up front. The Maverick rear axle is located with a triangular 4-bar set-up and has 3:00 gears with drum brakes.
It is powered by a rebuilt 350 Chevy engine connected to a turbo 350 trans, exhaust exits through dual stainless-steel mufflers and stainless-steel pipes, and the engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with mechanical and electric fans if needed.
This custom has four-wheel adjustable air suspension with reserve tank and compressor. Locating marks on the air gauges give you adjustable ideal ride height and stance while driving for an awesome look and can be dropped down at a show for a very sinister look.
