1958 Facel Vega.  This car has been stored away in a garage since 1977.  It has about 46,000 original miles on it and I don’t believe the engine has ever been out of the car, based on the untouched appearance of all the fasteners that would normally be removed during this process. The interior is original to the car.  The exterior color was originally silver.  It has had at least two paint changes by previous owners, including bright yellow and its current white. All the glass is there and in good condition with no cracks or delamination.   I have gone over this car very carefully and the only factory item that seems to be missing is one of the little plastic knobs that goes on the right side stalk sticking out from the steering column.  All the rest of the emblems, escutcheons, buttons, stainless trim pieces, both inside and out, handles, chrome trim, fasteners, and everything else unique to this car are present and accounted for.  Even the stainless trim at the bottom of both rockers is still there and in good condition.   The car has some areas of body rust in need of repair that are well-shown in the pictures, but the floors, sills, rockers, frame, etc, appear to be in good condition.    The engine is the Chrysler 354 Hemi with two 4 barrel carbs, the most expensive and rarest option for the Facel Vega of that time.  The previous owner started and ran the engine within the past few months using an external fuel supply.  He mentioned that the engine sounded good and that there were no unusual noises.  He also checked all the electrics on the dash, etc, and said everything seemed to still be in working order.  I have not tried to start the engine, nor have I checked anything electrically myself.
