I am helping sell this super-cool, very-desirable, original-survivor, 1949 Crosley 2-door station wagon, to help settle the estate of a classic car lover. Since purchased new, this great-American, one-family-owned classic has only 47,205, original miles. It has been in dry storage for most of its life. This car has always been garage-kept and very well maintained. The owner decided to restore this beautiful vehicle, but unfortunately, his health faded before completing his dream.
This vehicle has a fabulous, straight-as-an-arrow, always rust-free body – finished in primer and ready for paint. The entire original black interior looks and feels great. The chrome and trim is in great condition. The undercarriage is just as impressive as the rest of the car. The owner had the engine and transmission rebuilt and put back in the car. It is not currently running or wired up. The car is 99% complete. The entire vehicle is nicely detailed. This is truly a great investment – climbing in value every year.
