1931 Franklin Rumble Seat Coupe model 151. National Prize winner 1991 at Hershey. Engine rebuilt by well known Franklin mechanic, Dutch Kern with less than 1000 miles since. Car is in good overall condition, and had good storage. Good tires and upholstery.
